Step into a world of enchantment with the dynamic face painting and cosplay adventure, a mesmerizing 3-hour Warfare. The theme decided is “Manga et Anime”. Reveal your creative self and let your imaginations run wild, but First and the most prior rule is, we appreciate tasteful elegance, so leave the inappropriate costumes at home. Bring your own clothes and materials, and assemble on the sight. And to top it all off, a dazzling ramp walk awaits, to showcase your gracious walk with on-the-spot created costumes. Show the plans you got, stage is waiting for you.

Guidelines
Instructions:
Rules: 1. This is a Face painting and Cosplay competition. 2. Participants will work in Teams of 2: One person will be the model and the other will be the artist. 3. The Theme of the event is Manga et Anime. 4. The competition is of 3 hours which includes the costume and face painting. 5. Inappropriate costumes will be disqualified. 6. Paints, materials and clothes will have to be brought by participants. 7. The entire ensemble should be prepared on sight. 8. A ramp walk of all the participants will be held. 9. Participants will have to explain their concept to the judges.
